Brock's family went to the BYU game. BYU playing Central Florida University, the Knights. It was fun but got a little boring sometimes, in my opinion. Haha. Byu won 24-17. It was fun to hang out with all his family.

Up At The Cabin
My parents, brother (Michael), his girlfriend (Sandra), Brock and I went up to the cabin for a couple days. It was fun to just hang out with them and chill. We went four-wheeling, the guys went fishing, a little shooting (no much through), and just hang out. It was relaxing. We definitely need to do this again with all of our family again and soon.

Grand Canyon 2011
Hiking the Grand Canyon was cool, fun, and hardwork. It wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. We started around 6am on the North Rim then finished around 9am at the South Rim. Brock, Jordan (sister-in-law), Parker (brother-in-law), Mother and Father in law, Nate (Brock's uncle), and I hiked it. There were a couple problems on the trail. Jordan, Brock and got sick a little. The sun was beating me up that day. I almost got heat stroke a million times. So that slowed us down quite a bit. We could of finish that night around 7-9pm. But we all took a lot of breaks.About 3 miles away from the end Brock got dehyrated and his kidneys were shutting down and something about having too much water. I don't know all the fancy names. I know, it's a weird combination. But thats what the paramedic guy said. Thanks CJ (Paramedic) . If you want to hike the Grand Canyon I would recommend not doing it all in a day. Haha. Especially the afterwards. Blisters, toenails falling off, can't walk for a couple days. Haha. BTW I only have a few pictures. I accidentally dropped the camera and dirt got in it so my bad.

It's Been A While...
Usually I'm good at updating my blog, but ever since I've been married it's been kind of difficult. I apologize for not updating sooner and not having any pictures in this post. Here's what has been going on with Brock and I.
Brock and I spent Thanksgiving with his family, his grandparents, and Nana's family.
Brock finished his first semester on the 10th. He's so excited and ready for the next semester.
We drove down to Carlsbad for Juan and Stephanie's wedding. It was a lot of work. It was great seeing them go through the temple together. My family celebrated Christmas a little early, since we were all albe to be there for the wedding and all. It was fun seeing the kids faces as they opened their presents, especially Eric and Daniel.
A couple days before Christmas we drove back to his parents house. Brock wanted to spend Christmas with his family, since he hasn't had a real Christmas for a couple years (cuz of the mission). It was fun. Brock does not like surprises. He has to know what every present is and what everyone is getting. Haha. It drives me crazy. Hopefully next Christmas he won't know as much. Haha.
New Year's Eve was actually pretty fun and entertaining. It was just the two of us and Craig and Nana. We played games all night, sat in the hot tub for a couple hours, of course ate some food. We were up til almost 4am. Which I'm surprised cuz I usually can't stay up past 1am. Haha. But it was fun.
When I get back home, I'll upload some pictures I took. Hope everyone had a good year.

Pumpkin Carving
Brock and I carved pumpkins a couple nights ago. It was Brock's first time. He really loved it. It was fun. Brock carved a haunted house and the Halo 3 logo. I carved a werewolf and Transformer's autobots logo. We decided to make this a tradition every year. We're gonna make a couple more tomorrow or sometime this week.
